Comments: Ready, willing & able clauses are one of the biggest scams I have seen. Some women knocked on my door, three hours after I signed the contract! saying the house was perfect for her and she definately wanted to buy. I decided not to sell after three days and told them before they had chance to even log my name & address. They now want £1450 and never did anything. They refuse to give any details of this person and said that they can produce evidence in court. Is there any way out of this. My Location: Cheshire
